I have been fortunate enough to have lived and worked in Europe & Japan, and to have contracted extensively through Europe making strong relationships with hotels and attractions, enabling me to provide clients with the best prices and experiences available.
I set up Highlight Tours as an innovative company based in Wimbledon, London, England.

Paul Rayson
Head of Business DevelopmentPaul resides between Chile and the US. He is responsible for business development activities for Highlight Tours and has been with the team since its launch in October 2021.
With over 25 years in the travel industry working at various levels from event management, hotel sales and for an international incoming tour operator.
Paul’s experience includes business planning and strategy, communications, proposals, key account and event management.
