With over 35 years of experience in the travel industry, I specialise in the Japanese, East Asian and Indian inbound markets to Europe.
My expertise includes bespoke leisure travel, incentive groups, events and VIP experiences, carefully tailored to each client’s individual needs.
Having lived and worked in both Europe and Japan, I have developed strong partnerships with hotels, attractions and travel providers across Europe, enabling me to deliver exceptional value and unforgettable experiences.
I founded Highlight Tours in Wimbledon, London, with a vision to create innovative and personalised journeys that clients will treasure for a lifetime.

Paul Rayson

Head of Business Development

Paul resides between Chile and the US. He is responsible for business development activities for Highlight Tours and has been with the team since its launch in October 2021. 

With over 25 years in the hospitality & travel industry working in hotel companies, event management & consultancies and for an international incoming tour operator, Paul is passionate about delivering beyond expectations & is a solution based team player. 

Paul’s experience includes business planning and strategy, communications, proposals, key account and event management.
